1. Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Certain items (digital downloads, clearance products, custom-made items) are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
