What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an advance purchase of upcoming scrapbook collections, paper pads, chipboard, embellishments, and metal cutting dies that are currently in production or on their way to our warehouse.
Placing a pre-order guarantees that the item is reserved for you and will be shipped immediately once it becomes available.
Why Pre-Order?
Pre-ordering allows you to:
- Secure limited-edition European collections before they sell out
- Be the first to receive new releases from Mintay Papers, ScrapAndMe, Papers For You, P13, Craft O’Clock, and more
- Guarantee availability during high-demand periods (holidays, seasonal launches)
- Plan your projects ahead with upcoming products
Estimated Arrival Dates
Each pre-order product page includes an estimated arrival window.
Please note that delivery dates may vary based on manufacturer release schedules, production delays, customs processing, or international transit times.
If there are significant changes to the expected arrival date, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Information
- Your entire order ships together when all pre-order items arrive.
- If you prefer to receive available items sooner, please place in-stock items and pre-order items in separate orders.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will automatically be held until all products are ready for shipment.
Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment for pre-order items is collected at checkout to reserve your products.
This ensures that the inventory is allocated specifically for your order.
Cancellations & Changes
- Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
- Once a pre-order has been packed or prepared for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Combined Orders
If you place multiple pre-orders for items arriving at different times, they may ship together depending on timing and warehouse availability.
If you prefer separate shipments, please place your orders separately.
Returns & Refunds
Standard return policies apply to pre-order items once they arrive and are shipped.
We do not accept returns for pre-order items based on shipping delays outside our control.
